
1、 Complete production process
1. Raw material pretreatment: Mix polypropylene particles with antibacterial masterbatch such as nano zirconium phosphate loaded with silver in precise proportions, and remove moisture through hot air drying to avoid the formation of bubbles during subsequent melting processes that may affect spinning quality.
2. Melt extrusion: The mixed raw materials are fed into a screw extruder and heated to melt and plasticize in the temperature range of 220-250 ℃. The melt is then transported to the spinning component through a metering pump at a constant quantity and pressure.
3. Spinning into a web: The melt is extruded through the micropores of the spinneret to form continuous filaments, which are drawn by high-speed airflow and evenly laid on a moving web curtain to form a fiber web.
4. Reinforcement molding: The fiber mesh is reinforced by hot bonding using a hot rolling mill. Some high-end products are equipped with a water jet/needle punching composite process to ensure that the antibacterial components are evenly attached to the inside of the fiber, avoiding rapid loss during subsequent use.
5. Post treatment and finished product: After cooling and shaping, performance verification, the product is cut and rolled according to the specified width to obtain the final product. The qualified product can still maintain a stable antibacterial rate after 5 water washes.
2、 Core application areas
1. In the field of medical protection, it is used to make disposable surgical gowns, sterilization bags, inner layers of medical masks, and surgical drapes. It can effectively inhibit the growth of pathogenic bacteria, reduce the risk of cross infection, and comply with the GB/T20944.3 medical antibacterial material standard.
2. In the field of hygiene for mother and baby: As the surface layer of diapers, the bottom fabric of sanitary napkins, and the base material of urine pads, it is skin friendly and non irritating, avoiding the proliferation of bacteria in intimate use scenarios and improving the hygiene of use.
3. Household daily use areas: pet pads, antibacterial and dust removal wiping cloths, home textile lining, can suppress odors and mold growth, suitable for damp and prone to bacterial growth in home scenes.
4. In the field of industrial filtration, spunbond filtration substrates for fresh air systems and air conditioners are used to prevent bacterial adhesion and mold growth after long-term use, thereby improving the hygiene level of air filtration.
